your hard work, together we will aspire

to make you

Track Recap

Our first day on Maple Point's track gave us rush hour type traffic on the gravel surfaced track.  Many walkers taking advantage of the warm temperatures mixed with 12-15 middle school soccer players running around out there (some with head phones).  The traffic did clear up to give us the opportunity to get a solid workout in.  We ran 12x300's under the first of many warm conditions.  Joining me for this workout was:

Bob Powell (fresh from running in the Penn Relays, where he ran a 61.8 400 meter leg for a relay team! Nice Job!), Mary, Dennis, Tim, Jimbo, Kevin, Joe, Maria, Haydee, Charlotte, Brian, John, Cory, Rod Message in a Bottle (Perfect attendance for April! Nice Work!), Eric, Steve, Denise, Glenn (Perfect attendance for April! Nice Work!), and making his first appearance this season (even if he didn't do my workout) was Mike Gross welcome back.

Thank you for coming out and I hope to see you all and then some Thursday at Council Rock North at 6PM.
