Whenever we have a timed mile like we did tonight, I get the
same amount of moans and groans, but never any quitters. You all put aside your dislike for the timed
mile and focus your energy to running your hardest every time and it doesn’t
end there. Once done with your mile, you
all help out either by timing the other group, writing down times, calling out
times, or just by cheering each other on.
After all that you go and work hard at the rest of the workout. Way to put forth the effort group, I know it’s
not always easy, but always worth it.

Breaking News:
Tonight was our last workout up in New Hope for this summer;
also tonight’s speed workout is the last one on Tuesday night’s for
summer. Because after 92 percent of you
voted for Council Rock South on Thursdays and working out some bugs with the
Council Rock school district we will officially be using Council Rock’s Track
on Thursday nights at 6PM. We will move
the hill workouts to Tuesday evenings starting next week.
I’ll see you all out at Council Rock North on Thursday at
6PM for Hills.
