The Bucks County Speedsters is a group of runners

that meets twice a week to work on our speed,

strength, stamina, and overall performance. Our goal

is to improve runners of all levels. We encourage

anyone interested in running to come out to one of

our workouts and see for yourself that in our

guidance and your hard work, together we will aspire

Two Weeks To Go!

We will once again be meeting at Council Rock South to run Yasso's (yes more Yasso's) at 6PM.  We're up to 9x800's this week.  We will also have our last 50/50 raffle this week so bring at least one dollar.  This money is going toward the End of Season Party that is happening this Saturday September 24.  We have not raised as much money for this as I had hoped, so depending on how much this weeks 50/50 brings in I might have to ask everyone to bring something or change it to BYOB.  Regardless we will celebrate the 2011 season with a party and we will have fun.  Speedster clothing is still on SALE for 10% OFF on the rack.  I will continue to take orders for the Fall clothing line MONEY MUST BE IN BY NEXT WEEKS WORKOUT!

I hope everyone took today off in preparation to tomorrows tough/long workout.
